Motor Servo Digital Definition
Servo motor is
a motor that can work both ways (CW and CCW) where the direction and
angle rotornya movement can be controlled only by giving the setting
duty cycle PWM signal on the pin control. Type of Motor servo motor
capacity determine the weight-bearing load. Servo Motor outline there
are 2 types, namely 180 ° Standard Servo Motor and Servo Motor
Continuous. 180 ° Standard Servo Motor is only able to move both
directions (CW and CCW) with the respective deflection angle reaches 90 °
so that the total deflection angle from the right - middle - left is
180 °. Meanwhile, Continuous Servo Motor is capable of moving both
directions (CW and CCW) without restriction deflection angle (can rotate
continuously).
Image Motor Servo. Signaling Servo MotorServo motor will work best if given control pin on the PWM signal with a frequency of 50Hz. At which time a signal with frequency of 50Hz was reached on condition Ton 1.5ms duty cycle, the rotor of the motor will stop right in the middle (angle 0 ° / neutral). At Ton duty cycle of the signal is given less than 1.5ms, then the rotor will rotate to the left with an angle that the linear to the amount of Ton duty cycle, and positioned it will survive. And conversely, if Ton duty cycle of the signal is given more than 1.5ms, then the rotor will rotate to the right with an angle which is also linear tosize of Ton duty cycle , and ispositioned to survive .
